How long will it take to get my order?
All items are shipped same or no later than next day using a tracked courier service. Delivery is normally 2-3 days ( please note couriers do not run on Sundays or Bank holidays so please don’t include this in the delivery time frame ) .If you are not in , the courier will attempt redeliver twice before retuning the parcel to us – which hasn’t happened yet – in the event of you going out – maybe leave a note for alternative near by drop point for the driver

Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal as it is the most secure form of web payment. We will accept Bank Transfer at our own discretion.

Flat rate shipping covers all sizes of items and as many as you want are included on the same rate – all items are tracked and sent with 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
We understand the odd item may need to be returned but in this instance please ensure you have followed all of the steps below to ensure we can offer a refund or exchange where necessary.
In the case of any CLOTHES returns please check all sizes ( measurements should be listed on all clothing items – if not please request ) on clothes purchases before ordering to save you unwanted postage costs.
All items must be returned in original packaging, with tags still attached ( where applicable) and be unused and unworn, folded and scentless ( no smoke ect) – We aim to do all refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving them but please allow up to 3 working days. To ensure your return arrives to us safely , we do recommend using some form of tracked or signed for service for your own piece of mind. Thank for shopping and we hope you won’t need this guide.

Returning items is your responsibility along with any expenses this will incur. Postage costs are not refunded. Only the cost of the products purchased. All items have been through quality control prior to us dispatching them.
When will I be refunded?
If you require a refund for a return, please allow 2-4 working days for this to be processed by our returns department. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed.
My item is wrong/faulty, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us Customer Service Team who will advise you on how to proceed.
Please note we can not accept liability or accept returns for any items once they are used.
